Current status and regulatory boundary

Vyloca is not yet a live payment service. The public payment journey is a sandbox that demonstrates intended behaviour using simulated data. No public sandbox action moves money.

Vyloca is not a bank, foreign-exchange dealer, card processor, remittance provider or licensed payment institution. It does not hold customer funds, receive raw card credentials, independently conduct foreign exchange or settle transfers.

Any live deployment must place identity verification, sanctions screening, transaction approval, payment acceptance, currency conversion, settlement, reversals, disputes and regulatory reporting under the control of appropriately licensed partners.

Product integrity controls

Idempotent payment commands

Repeated commands are designed not to create duplicate payment intent.

Signed provider callbacks

Webhook contracts include signature verification and replay protection.

Reconciliation references

Provider, quote, transfer and receipt references remain traceable across the journey.

Data minimisation

Raw card data, bank credentials and identity evidence stay outside Vyloca’s public experience.

These controls describe the current engineering design. They do not replace partner due diligence, certification, independent security review or regulatory approval before live-money operation.
